Did you know that more than 15,000 organizations in 115 countries are using Articulate’s intuitive technologies to create powerful e-learning? This year, we’re expanding our international presence in trade shows and we’re starting the season in top gear with a flurry of events in Europe. Here are some highlights of upcoming events (and plenty more on the Articulate Calendar and our Facebook Events page!):

Vocational education and the challenges it entails continue to be a hot topic for decision-makers in the fields of industry, public administration and politics — as was clearly demonstrated by LEARNTEC 2010. 5,623 trade visitors came to the Leading International Trade Fair and Convention for Vocational Education, Learning and IT in order to find out about the latest trends in learning using digital media and blended learning. This marked an 8% increase in the number of visitors for the sector’s flagship event.

Paris, France

Elearning Expo Paris 2011

Elearning Expo 2011 logo VP, Don Freda, and I will be joining company with our French partner, Lynx, at the largest professional Elearning trade show in France and one of the leading shows in Europe. This event gets larger by the year and testifies to the strength of interest in Elearning in France. Neither too early in the year, nor too early, it has become a pivotal event where companies and visitors exchange ideas on software, services and innovations in the Elearning sector.

And for those of you who are closer to the West Coast of the United States, let me draw your attention to two other events in February:

San Jose, CA

This dynamic conference is full of all sorts of learning opportunities for learning professionals who want to leverage technology in their learning initiatives. Come build your rapid e-learning skills in two practical hands-on Articulate sessions:

Tom Kuhlmann will lead “Zero to Hero: Rapid E-Learning Foundation” (session W110CS or TH110CS) to give you a solid understanding of Articulate’s tools. You’ll learn easy ways to transform a boring presentation into engaging e-learning.

Follow that up with David Anderson’s session, “Hero to Superhero” (W210CS or FR110CS) to take your Articulate skills to the next level. You’ll learn how to use your Articulate tools to build e-learning projects that feel just like custom courses.

And we’ll be at the expo, too — come visit us at booth 208, where you can meet Tom, David, and Ed Croson! You can even get a free expo pass — use invitation #1069.
