Customer Feedback #4

We all like to be patted on the back once in a while.

The nature of customer support is solving problems, so my team and I are often faced with frustrated, distressed individuals who are under a time crunch to get their projects out the door on time. Our commitment is to helping you get past your roadblocks as quickly as possible and on your way to smooth project completion. Admittedly, we can’t fix everything all the time, but when we do, it’s a good feeling all around.

Every couple months or so I like to share actual, unedited comments from Articulate customers. The following is the latest batch of feedback:

“Dear ‘Customer Support’ whoever gave you the gold award should now go back and add five stars. What a superb service!! Thank you very much for the quick and accurate response…”

“Congratulations on such a fantastic industry-changing product!”

“Congratulations on your recent award, and we look forward to being included on your Blog. The feedback on our offering and the technology has been amazing.”

“Articulate’s the best PPT-to-Flash tool in its price range.”

“Thanks a bunch, it is all working fine now. You guys are great!”

“Thanks again! Your response time is very good, and the help is helpful; all I can say is that even if I don’t always like the answers, Articulate has a great support department!”

“Thanks very much for the fast response and good customer service. I really appreciate it.”

“Thank you very much for your fast reply! That’s excellent support!!”

“Hi Thank you so much for your fast reply, really a excellent support, i am impressed!!”

“Thanks, you are very efficient in your response, I have my articulate without problems, because of, and for your excelent product Articulate.”

“THANKS for your usual quick response.”

Please share your experience with me anytime.
