One of the most powerful features of Articulate QuizMaker is the ability to seamlessly integrate a quiz into an Articulate Presenter e-learning course or presentation.

Here’s how to bring your Articulate Presenter content to the next level with the power of QuizMaker:

  1. Make sure you’re using Articulate Presenter 4.106 or later (Articulate -> About Articulate Presenter). To upgrade, use the link in your activation email.
  2. From QuizMaker, Publish for Articulate Presenter

  3. Select and note a location to save your Articulate Quiz Package (.AQP) file.
  4. Open your PowerPoint file and go to Articulate -> Quizzes and Learning Games -> Insert QuizMaker Quiz.
  5. Select the option to Insert published QuizMaker quiz. (Note that you also have the option to Create new Articulate QuizMaker quiz.)

  6. Click Browse to locate the .AQP file you published via QuizMaker in Step 2.
  7. Specify whether to Require the user to complete the quiz or if User can leave quiz at any time.
  8. In the final steps of the wizard, set up your branching, which determines where your user will go if she or he passes or fails (options include closing window, a specific URL, the next or previous slide (dynamic), or a specific slide number).

  9. Publish.

That’s it! After you publish, your Flash-based QuizMaker quiz will be integrated with your e-learning course or presentation.

How do I insert quizmaker into an Engage program?

Hi Cynthia- This isn’t directly supported by Articulate, so you’re welcome to submit a feature request.

You could, of course, insert Quizmaker into Presenter on one slide, then could have an Engage interaction on the next slide (or as a tab).

There’s also a way to insert the published assessment.swf output into your Engage interaction, then to copy over the published quiz output to the Engage output, so you could give that a shot yourself, or ask someone in our community forums for some guidance.

Previously I have successfully managed to publish my quizzes into articular presenter. But the following is happening:
I set up the quiz ( having spent ages setting up the properties) clikc publish. Send to active presentation etc. OK. then the program shuts down completely! WHY?

Whenever I put more than 1 quizmaker quiz into presenter, the second one changes the first one so they both end up the same. Is there a bug or am I missing something when you add multiple quizzes? The grant reviewers are coming soon so I need help.
