Articulate Community Earns Rave Reviews at Learning Solutions 2010

I always enjoy attending industry training conferences and meeting with partners, prospects, and customers. Last week I attended the E-Learning Guild’s Learning Solutions 2010 conference with our Articulate Community team members: Jeanette Brooks, David Anderson, and Tom Kuhlmann of Rapid Elearning Blog fame.

As with other conferences, I’m always humbled by and appreciate the customers who visit our booth to let us know how much they enjoy our products and appreciate our support. At this event, I was overwhelmed at the number of attendees who came by to personally meet with our community team members to thank them for the many contributions they are making to their elearning success.

Articulate customer Laura Fried, Sales Development Manager of Green Mountain Coffee, was so appreciative that she personally delivered a very nice assortment of Green Mountain’s finest coffees. We’re hoping they take us up on another attendee’s suggestion to create a new Green Mountain specialty drink in honor of her favorite elearning company: Articu-Latte.

The Articulate community is made up of more than 80,000 Community Forum members, thousands of Articulate twitter followers and Facebook fans, and countless Screenr users who use our free screencasting tool to help each other become better Articulate users. Simply put, Tom, Jeanette, and David are merely facilitators, but what great facilitators they are!

• Tom and David won Lingos — Individuals/Group Winner category for best e-learning course as part of their first annual eLearning Global Giveback Competition. We were also proud to see that the winning institutional category winner — HIV Prevention by WebOffices – was also created using Articulate Studio ’09 software. Expect to learn more about these winning courses and tips on how they were created in future community resources.

You’ll next have an opportunity to meet Tom Kuhlmann at TechEd 2010 (booth 612) and all three of the Articulate Community Team leaders at the ASTD International Conference & Exposition (booth 527). We trust, however, that you’ll have an opportunity to interact and learn from them and our other community members well before then.
