In fact, we’ve been offering the classroom training for some time, but now that we’ve fleshed out our team of certified Articulate trainers, this is the first that we’ve promoted the offerings. I am currently running Articulate training courses in the UK for both public sector and private sector clients. It’s a great tool to run training courses on because it’s so rewarding to be able to produce such great presentations and courses so easily. Most learners have a real sense of achievement after completing my one day ‘Basics’ course.
The only area that can be confusing is the multitude of files published, and also managing player templates across multiple installation.

Re: the “multitude of files published,” I concur – that’s one of our most common types of support case that we see. Look for an Engage-like (.intr) approach to project file management for other products in the future.
Seven of us took a one-day class with the Articulate trainer on-site (he came to us) and two of us had a one-day session for a further “deep dive.” These two days were WELL worth the investment! My development time has been reduced by 30% due to the tips & tricks that we were shown. I highly recommend using the Articulate trainer if you want to move to the “next level.”
His knowledge, ability to “get his hands dirty” with us, and his connections within the Articulate community exceeded all expectations!
