We learned this week that Articulate Studio ’09 has been named a finalist in the Best Corporate Learning Solution category of the 2009 SIIA CODiE Awards, which “have been the leading honor in recognizing the software and information industry’s most impressive products and services for 24 years.”

This is the second year in a row that Articulate Studio has been named a finalist in the Best Corporate Learning Solution category.

The judging process is tough — with three rounds — and we won’t find out until May if we’re named winner in our category, but to be named a finalist is a prestigious honor itself since it means we were nominated by “representatives from the software and information industry trade press, mainstream technology writers, analysts, consultants and subject-matter experts.”

The criteria judges will be looking for include the following:

  • Assessment tools
  • Ease of use
  • Functionality of key attributes
  • Learner receives feedback and reinforcement in the process of building their skills and strategies
  • Overall visual/program aesthetics
  • User interface

As our customers can attest, Studio ’09 is a home run in every one of those categories.

Regardless of what happens in May, congrats to the entire Articulate team for this latest honor! And thank you to our customers for helping us become the best elearning software company in the world.
