Articulate Named Customer Service Department of the Year
Last month we were named a finalist in two American Business Awards categories.
In last night’s ceremonies in New York City, we were named Customer Service Department of the Year in the 2009 American Business Awards.
We’re delighted to receive this honor, but really, it’s all about our customers and doing our best to help you make the most of your Articulate software.
From your trial period to the ordering process to the technical support you receive after your purchase, we’re dedicated to helping you achieve elearning success with your projects.
As one customer wrote earlier this month:
You guys set the gold standard for tech support. I have had occasional issues which have always been handled, usually quicker than I expected.
Recently I have been trying to resolve an issue with installing Quizmaker on my new Vista 64-bit PC. When we couldn’t resolve it via emails, I got bumped up to telephone support from David Burton in Case #00127447. It took about 45 minutes, but he worked through it with me. Most support organizations would have thrown in the towel. David figured it out, and then apologized for not fixing it faster!
No apology needed. Thanks for the great support and the great product. I will keep using the product, and telling anyone who asks that they should give it a try.

That sentiment is echoed again and again by customers around the world:
I have nothing but kudos to give the Articulate team. There are many great features about the products.
However, it’s the customer service that really stands out! Between the email support, user forums, online chat and fabulous bloggers, I can’t ask for more. Thanks for the personal touch and amazing support.

Congrats to the Articulate Customer Support & Service teams, and thank you to all of our customers for investing in Articulate and giving us the chance to work with you!
