Continuous Audio Recording

Sometimes the handiest product features are the least well known. On several occasions this week, we’ve had questions from prospects and customers alike about how to record continuously through an entire presentation without stopping after each slide. This is especially useful if you’re leveraging Articulate Presenter to record audio during a live presentation.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to Articulate -> Record Narration when you’re ready to record your audio.

  2. Click Options and uncheck Record this slide only, which is selected by default.

That’s it! You’re now ready to record narration on all slides continuously without having to stop recording after each slide. When you begin recording, you’ll notice that the Stop button now says Next Slide on each slide that is not the last; only when you reach the last slide will the blue button change to Stop. Of course, you can still click the small Stop button at any time.
