Has it really been more than two full months since my last Customer Feedback blog entry? Time really flies, especially this time of year! Without further ado, here’s the latest batch of select customer feedback for your enjoyment:

    You’re a genius. thanks – it was disabled at step two below, as soon as I enabled it, the menu worked fine. thanks again. Please forward this email to whoever should be informed of the amazingly quick and excellent customer service you are providing on a Sunday and a Sunday evening (and I am not even a customer yet). So don’t be modest please fire this email off to whoever it is that should know how good you are… Or if you want to use my comments in any public way feel free to do so. I am very impressed…
