We all like to be patted on the back once in a while.

The nature of customer support is solving problems, so my team and I are often faced with frustrated, distressed individuals who are under a time crunch to get their projects out the door on time. Our commitment is to helping you get past your roadblocks as quickly as possible and on your way to smooth project completion. Admittedly, we can’t fix everything all the time, but when we do, it’s a good feeling all around.

Every couple months or so I like to share actual, unedited comments from Articulate customers. The following is the latest batch of feedback:
