Big congratulations to my colleague Shyam Pillai on his selection as the Microsoft MVP of the Month:

I also particularly like this quote from Shyam, which jibes with my philosophy on helping others: “Sharing information is crucial; all the experience is of little use if I cannot put it to good use for helping others. Like teaching, more often than not I learn something new from a customer, and that enriches my own knowledge.”
