I love this idea and think it’s perfect timing for giving back. Unfortunately, the links for LINGOS and the competition don’t work for me. Am I doing something wrong? Thought you’d want to know.

Thanks for passing this on, Tom! I’m already developing a course, pro bono, for an international nonprofit for many of the reasons you listed, plus I worked for nonprofits for many years and they really have my heart.

Also, the links/site are tough to get to, but I discovered if you play with the url a bit and refresh the screen a lot, you can get to the list of courses, etc.

Hey you got me hooked on this effort-contribution idea but as with the other posts here, the list of courses link does not work, it gives me a “Service Unavailable” message. Someone at your site needs a rapid e-learning course on how to maintain uptime on a web site…

I am an educator with curriculum instruction design and some e-learning design (and construction) experience. Would love to work with someone strong on technical side of building e-learning courses. I’m particularly interested in the PSI – Adult Learning Basics course. Anyone interested being a team?

I have an MS in Curriculum Design & Instructional Technology and undergrad work in Communications. Most recent presentation was on adult learning (Conference on Instructional Technologies, 2009). I also have several years of experience with course design in higher education.

I’d really like to participate but I am new to E-Learning and would want to partner with someone. I have just completed an instructional design for E-Learning class and have over 15 years change management, workforce learning and strategic communications experience, as well as a masters in adult developmenal psychology. I am eager to apply skills with someone more experienced to give back and develop my skills in this area.
