I downloaded and installed the update and re-published. However, the student still cannot exit when running in IE 10, and so no completion status is retained.

Hi Debby,

First, try to make sure that the update installed correctly. To verify this, click on “Help and Support” and “About Articulate Presenter” in the Articulate ribbon. Does the version show 6.3.1303.2214? If not, it’s possible there was an issue with the installation of the update.

If you need additional assistance, please go ahead and contact our support department:

Thanks!

Hi guys, can you confirm that the automatic update in Articulate Online successfully took place as scheduled for 3/26? Just want to make sure before I delete my references to open the online content in IE10 compatibility mode.

Thanks!
Alex

@Alex: Thanks for asking. The update to Articulate Online has been delayed, as our development team is still testing the changes before applying them. We’ll keep you posted here, though.

We’ve applied the IE10 patch to Articulate Online.

The Articulate Updater for IE10 is also available now.

Is there an issue with publishing from Storyline for LMS when using IE10?

I have checked the studio presenter version and it is in line with studio update 9 and is release version 6.3.1303.2214 Pro

Hi Russell,

My apologies for not replying to this sooner, but I see that you’ve also been working through a Support case with Wilbert. His last suggestions to you were:
1. Is this happening to all users?
2. Have you tried the steps in the following article, which outlines common issues pertaining to viewing and tracking content in an LMS:
http://www.articulate.com/blog/troubleshooting-lms-issues/

If the issue is replicated after uploading your course in SCORM cloud, please upload your project files for our review. Here’s how:

1) First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here:
http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=ap9&id=h51y3zz4kt62

2) Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:
http://upload.articulate.com

3) In the Comments field, include the slide numbers where the issue occurs. Please be as detailed as possible with your description.

If you need additional help, please feel free to reply to me here or to the email Wilbert sent you.
